VoxLensAI

Terms of use

Last updated 19 July 2026

VoxLensAI is not a medical device. It has not been evaluated or approved by any regulatory authority for diagnostic use. It is provided for research and education only.

1. What VoxLensAI does

VoxLensAI analyses a single laryngoscopy image and returns a high-risk / low-risk triage estimate, together with probability estimates across nine laryngeal findings. It is a statistical model. It does not diagnose, and it has no knowledge of your patient's history, symptoms or examination.

2. Clinical responsibility remains yours

You are solely responsible for every clinical decision you make. VoxLensAI's output is one input among many and must be independently verified. Never withhold, delay or alter investigation or treatment on the basis of a VoxLensAI result.

3. Known limitations

  • Accuracy figures quoted on this site come from an internal validation set of 340 images and may not transfer to your equipment, technique or patient population.
  • The model was not trained on poor-quality or dark frames, images not showing the vocal cords, post-treatment appearances, tubercular disease, or non-laryngopharyngeal images. It will still return a confident-looking answer for such inputs. It has no reliable way to tell you the image was unsuitable.
  • It recognises nine findings. Anything outside that set will be forced into one of them.
  • The malignancy threshold is deliberately tuned toward sensitivity, so false positives are expected and are the intended trade-off.

4. Access

Access is invitation-only and intended for ENT surgeons, laryngologists and clinical researchers. Do not share your account or invite code. We may withdraw access at any time.

5. Your uploads

You must not upload patient-identifiable information. You confirm you have the right to upload each image and to permit the uses described here, and you grant VoxmedAI a perpetual, royalty-free licence to store and use it for evaluating and improving the model, and to display it de-identified in demonstrations, on our websites, and in presentations, publications, marketing materials and investor or regulatory documents. See the privacy notice.

6. Availability

This is early-testing software provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, slow, or changed without notice, and results may differ between model versions.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoxmedAI accepts no liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from use of or reliance on VoxLensAI. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
