Who we are

VoxLensAI is operated by Voxmedai Health Tech Private Ltd ("VoxmedAI"). Contact: voxmedai@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address and profile name. We do not receive or store your Google password, and we do not request access to any other Google service.
  • Uploaded images. Every laryngoscopy image you submit is stored, along with the model's output for it and the email address of the account that submitted it.
  • Usage records. We log the time of each analysis, the resulting risk call and probabilities, and which model version produced it.

Why we keep images

Retained images are used to evaluate and improve the model — reviewing its errors, correcting labels, and retraining. This is the primary purpose you consent to when you accept the research disclosure at signup. We do not sell them.

We also use de-identified images, and the model's output for them, to show what the product does — in the product interface itself, on our websites, and in presentations, publications, marketing materials and investor or regulatory documents. The screenshot on our home page is an example. Images used this way are anatomical views only, carry no patient identifier, and are never presented as belonging to a named individual.

Patient data is your responsibility

VoxLensAI is not designed to receive patient-identifiable information, and you agree not to upload it. Before uploading, remove anything identifying — faces, names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, burned-in device overlays containing patient details. If you believe identifiable data has been uploaded in error, email us and we will delete it.

Where data is stored

Images are stored in Amazon S3. Account records and usage logs are stored on our server. Access is limited to the VoxmedAI team members working on the model. Traffic to this site is encrypted with TLS.

Cookies

We set one cookie: a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. It contains your email address, display name and whether you have accepted the disclosure. There are no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account, your uploaded images, or both, at any time — email voxmedai@gmail.com. Deleting your account does not automatically remove images already incorporated into a trained model, but we will remove them from the stored dataset so they are not used again.

Changes

If we change how uploaded images are used, we will update this notice and ask affected users to accept a revised disclosure.
